Adult and Teen Challenge - Inpatient faith-based treatment and recovery. The Missoula Women’s Campus is a residential, long term recovery and discipleship program for women suffering from drug and alcohol addiction

All Nations Health Center - Culturally-centered outpatient treatment and recovery support. Offers ACT/DUI and MIP classes.

Beautiful Minds Recovery - 24/7 peer support services. Peer support specialists provide resource navigation, a partner to talk things through with, help getting basic needs met, and assistance building a written recovery plan.

Cedar Creek Integrated Health (Missoula) - Provides outpatient substance use disorder treatment, mental health therapy and counseling, case management, community support and peer support services. Cedar Creek also offers Prime for Life/MIP programs as well as a Wellriety program. Locations in Ronan, Kalispell and Missoula.

Community Medical Services - specializes in providing outpatient medication-assisted treatment (MAT), which may include methadone, buprenorphine, and suboxone combined with counseling and community-based services.

Crosswinds Recovery - offers structured, supportive, recovery-based housing and outpatient addiction therapy. Crosswinds supports members of the community returning from addiction, incarceration and inpatient treatment to achieve stability in their journey towards long term recovery.

Hope Rescue Mission, The Women’s Center - Faith-based long-term recovery program (serves women only) for people dealing with overwhelming personal issues such as addiction, domestic violence, or a criminal record. Hope Rescue Mission also offers a Drop-In Center for those with short-term needs regarding basic necessities and/or housing.

Ideal Option - Outpatient and MOUD (Medications for Opioid Use Disorders) treatment. Locations in Billings, Bozeman, Butte, Cut Bank, Glasgow, Great Falls, Helena, Kalispell and Missoula.

Mountain Home Montana - Inpatient and outpatient therapeutic services for young women who are 16-29 years of age, pregnant or parenting at least 50% of the time and able to demonstrate a need for housing. Supported employment, education services, birthing and pregnancy support and housing services.

Partnership Health Center - Offers outpatient and MOUD treatment.

Recovery Center Missoula - Comprehensive integrated inpatient treatment program (serves men only).

Stepping Stones Behavioral Health Services - Addiction treatment clinic providing outpatient and intensive outpatient (IOP) and recover support services.

University of Montana Curry Health Center - Outpatient counseling and treatment services for students.

U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs - David J. Thatcher VA Clinic (Missoula) - provides outpatient substance use treatment as well as Medical Assisted Therapy (MAT). An eight weeks-to-two years substance use treatment residential programs and peer support is available. VA-specific treatment programs can also be found through the suds locator at va.gov.

Winds of Change - offers mental health and substance use recovery services through Therapy, Case Management, Substance Use Treatment, Community Based Psychiatric Rehab & Support, Wellness Program with personal wellness coaches, Recovery Groups, and Adult Group Home Living.

Western Montana Mental Health Center - substance use treatment programs for adults, adolescents, and children living in Montana.

Yellowstone Boys and Girls Ranch - (serving youth only) Offers a variety of treatment and supports for youth, including community-based services and a residential treatment center located in Billings. YBGR has locations in Missoula and throughout Montana

406 Recovery - substance use and co-occurring mental health treatment via telehealth. Available throughout Montana.

Organizations that provide 12-step group support

Alcoholics Anonymous - A fellowship of people who share their experience, strength and hope with each other that they may solve their common problems and help others to recovery from alcoholism. Check website for meetings in communities throughout Montana.

The Fourth D Club - recovery community dedicated to spiritual  growth through the 12-steps and fellowship. Offers a safe, affordable environment for 12-step centered meetings such as Alcoholics Anonymous, Narcotics Anonymous, Adult Children of Alcoholics, and Al Anon. Check website for meetings.

Narcotics Anonymous Montana - is a nonprofit fellowship of recovering addicts who meet regularly to help each other stay clean. This is a program of complete abstinence from all drugs. There is only one requirement for membership, the desire to stop using. Check website for statewide meeting times.
