Cedar Creek Integrated Health (Ronan and St. Ignatius) - Provides outpatient substance use disorder treatment, mental health therapy and counseling, case management, community support and peer support services. Cedar Creek also offers Prime for Life/MIP programs. Additional locations in Kalispell and Missoula.
CSKT Tribal Health (Polson, Ronan, St. Ignatius and Elmo) - Tribal Health patients can meet with experienced Behavioral Health staff for a range of support in meeting wellness needs, recovery services support, and treatment. Areas of focus include addiction treatment for substance abuse, screening & assessments, outpatient counseling including Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) as well as broader outpatient services. All services are available either in-person or via telehealth (phone/video) delivery.
Kim Harding Counseling Services LLC (Polson) - Offers outpatient treatment/counseling for substance use and co-occurring disorders as well as ACT/DUI and MIP classes. (520) 391-0561
Never Alone Recovery Support Services - (Ronan and Pablo) Operates Recovery Hall Drop-In Center, in Ronan, which provides space for events, individual peer support, group peer support, educational groups, Mutual support meetings in provides long-term recovery support services in Montana for individuals struggling with addiction and homelessness. Also operates Recovery Village, in Pablo, which has a HUB for recovery support services and meetings and also a Recovery Residence program.
Providence St. Joseph Medical Center (Polson) - Their Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) Program provides care and support to those struggling with substance use disorders, including: opioid dependence, heroin dependence, methamphetamine/stimulant dependence and alcohol dependence. St. Joseph’s utilizes a team-based approach, providing medications, behavioral health, care coordination, peer support and other services in an outpatient capacity.
St. Luke Community Healthcare (Ronan) - using a whole-body approach to utilize a care team, St. Luke’s is able to address a variety of behavioral health needs, including addiction counseling, Medication-Assisted Therapy (MAT), and treatment for substance use disorder. Offers several treatment and service options, including individual counseling, case or care management, medication management and recovery support services. Referrals for group counseling and/or inpatient and residential treatment.
Western Montana Addiction Services (Polson and St. Ignatius) - substance use treatment programs for adults, adolescents, and children living in Montana.
Willow Canyon Counseling Services (Polson) - Offers outpatient treatment/counseling for substance use and co-occurring disorders, Equine Assisted Learning, Anger Management, Domestic Violence classes as well as ACT/DUI and MIP classes. (406) 863-1207 3
Willow’s Haven (St. Ignatius) - This specific inpatient treatment center will serve adult women who live with both substance use disorders and cognitive impairment (up to 90 days). (Serves women only.)
Yellowstone Boys and Girls Ranch (Polson) - (serving youth only) Offers a variety of treatment and supports for youth, including community-based services and a residential treatment center located in Billings. YBGR has locations in Missoula and throughout Montana
406 Recovery (statewide) - substance use and co-occurring mental health treatment via telehealth. Available throughout Montana.
Organizations that provide 12-step group support
Alcoholics Anonymous - A fellowship of people who share their experience, strength and hope with each other that they may solve their common problems and help others to recovery from alcoholism. Check website for meetings in communities throughout Montana.
Narcotics Anonymous Montana - is a nonprofit fellowship of recovering addicts who meet regularly to help each other stay clean. This is a program of complete abstinence from all drugs. There is only one requirement for membership, the desire to stop using. Check website for statewide meeting times.
