The GYST House - is a medium-intensity residential treatment home with comprehensive substance use and mental health services and supports for adults with cognitive disabilities. The GYST House 2 is now open as a 3.5 level inpatient treatment home for men.

Rocky Mountain Treatment Center - Offers individual and group substance use and co-occurring therapy as well as a 30-day intensive inpatient program. Alcohol and drug detox program is available. Other services include family programs, recreational programs and equine therapy.
The Sober Life - an organization for people in recovery, helping those in recovery, The Sober Life offers a range of free and family friendly events and activities, where those in recovery can enjoy fellowship and build friendships in an alcohol, drug and judgement free environment. Volunteer opportunities are also welcome and encouraged.
U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs - Great Falls VA Clinic - provides outpatient substance use treatment as well as Medical Assisted Therapy (MAT). An eight weeks-to-two years substance use treatment residential programs and peer support is available. VA-specific treatment programs can also be found through the suds locator at va.gov.
Yellowstone Boys and Girls Ranch - (serving youth only) Offers a variety of treatment and supports for youth, including community-based services and a residential treatment center located in Billings. YBGR has locations in Missoula and throughout Montana
Youth Dynamics - offers substance use education and treatment program specializes in helping youth struggling with addiction alongside co-occurring mental health conditions. Our program focuses on the family dynamics of chemical dependency and provides youth with practical tools to make healthy decisions.

Alcoholics Anonymous - A fellowship of people who share their experience, strength and hope with each other that they may solve their common problems and help others to recovery from alcoholism. Check website for meetings in communities throughout Montana.
Narcotics Anonymous Montana - is a nonprofit fellowship of recovering addicts who meet regularly to help each other stay clean. This is a program of complete abstinence from all drugs. There is only one requirement for membership, the desire to stop using. Check website for statewide meeting times.
